IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

SWAN BEAUTY does our best to ensure that your personal information is kept private and confidential. At no point will we share your information with a third party except as necessary to process and service your orders. Any images or information you share with Swan Beauty will be used only by our own team of experts to help match you with products that will work best for you. Your personal information and image will never be used for social media or marketing purposes. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To reset your password, follow the “Forgot Password” instructions on the Accounts log-in page. You may also contact customer service at customerservice@swanbeauty.com for assistance.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

SWAN BEAUTY currently offers standard first class and priority mail shipping with the United States Postal Service. We do our best to process and ship your order within 24 hours of order receipt, and within 24–48 hours during occasional periods of high order volume. Orders received before 2:00 PM (EST) Monday-Friday will normally be processed the same day. Orders received over the weekend and on major holidays will be processed the following business day. If you need to expedite your shipment you can reach out to customer service at customerservice@swanbeauty.com and we will do our best to help expedite your shipping for you (additional rates may apply).

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to view this information online.

WHERE DOES SWAN BEAUTY SHIP?

SWAN BEAUTY ships to addresses in the fifty United States, excluding P.O. boxes. We do not ship internationally, to international re-shippers or to businesses that forward packages to international addresses.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Items must be returned unused, undamaged and unopened in their original product packaging. You can take up to five days to decide what you want to buy and what to send back. You’ll only be charged for the items you choose to keep when you check out online. Check out by signing in, going to My Current Orders, and selecting the items you’re keeping or returning. We will then charge you for any items you’ve decided to keep. The $25 beauty fee will automatically be applied as credit toward any items you purchase. If you buy everything, you receive a 15% discount off the entire box. If we have not heard from you within the 5 day period we will assume you love all of the items in your box and we will charge the card we have on file.

If you misplaced the return label enclosed in your original package, please contact the Customer Service team customerservice@swanbeauty.com and include your order number in the correspondence. Our Customer Service team will process your return request and email you a new return shipping label.

WHAT IS SWAN BEAUTY?

SWAN BEAUTY is an online beauty retailer that delivers a truly personalized way to shop for cosmetics and skincare. Complete our online beauty quiz and then one of our Beauty Experts will hand select products that work to compliment your preferences, needs and budget. Each box contains a curated selection of cosmetics and skincare selected to create your best look. In addition to products Swan Beauty also supplies you with all the beauty tips, tricks and application tutorials you need to look your best. Keep the products you love and send back the rest in a prepaid USPS envelope. Shipping and returns are always free.

HOW DOES SWAN BEAUTY WORK?

1. Complete our online Beauty Quiz and upload a selfie. This information will help our Beauty Experts understand your unique needs, coloring, preferences and budget.
2. Our Swan Beauty experts utilize our extensive product database and your information to curate a box of products to meet your beauty needs. From eyeliner to bronzer our experts will make certain to match you with the products best suited to your individual needs and preferences to help ensure you get your best look ever.
3. Choose how frequently you want our experts to send you beauty products. You have the option to do a one time shipment, seasonally (every three months) or every two months. You will be charged a $25 beauty fee at checkout each time we ship you a box. The $25 will be applied as a credit toward anything you keep from your Swan Beauty Box.
4. Buy what you like and return the rest.

  • Take up to five days to decide what you want to buy and what to send back. You’ll only be charged for the items you choose to keep when you check out online.
  • Check out by signing into your account and selecting the items you’re keeping or returning. We will then charge you for any items you’ve decided to keep.The $25 beauty fee will automatically be applied as credit toward any items you purchase. If you buy everything, you receive a 15% discount off the entire box.
  • Easily return the items you don’t want either in the original Swan Beauty Box or similar box of your choice by attaching the prepaid shipping label and dropping it into any USPS mailbox. Enjoy free shipping both ways as a benefit of using our service.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

When we ship you a Swan Beauty Box a $25 beauty fee at checkout. This beauty fee will be credited toward anything you purchase in that shipment. After your Swan Beauty Box arrives, you will simply log into your account to purchase the items you’d like to keep. The beauty fee will only be applied to the current Swan Beauty Box and cannot be applied to any future purchases.
